Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead staff to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Directly oversee operations both front end and back end
- Create a comprehensive business plan that considers the market, local competitors, sales revenue and expenses
- Direct acquisitions and sales to meet goals to maximize profit
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Establish policies that promote culture and vision
- Developing new business development strategies
- Identifying new avenues for providing services on contract basis
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Developing and implementing cost effective strategy
- Monitor and analyze performance report on daily, weekly & monthly basis
