- Financially literate with excellent commercial understanding and financial analysis capability
- Ability to understand and combine commercial, strategic and operational perspectives
- Strong presentation and report-writing skills – together with a persuasive personality, not afraid to challenge, debate and influence key decisions
- Demonstrable programmed management, project management, capital projects and contract management skills
- Organized, focused with a straight forward and open professional management style
- Team player, confident with others and ability to remain calm under pressure
