The Enterprise Business Support Manager at JazzCash plays a critical role in driving coordination and support across multiple business verticals, including Payment Gateway, In-App Collections, Disbursements, Payroll Digitization, Corporate QR Enablement, and Mini App Channel Expansion. Based in Islamabad, this position serves as the central liaison to ensure consistent execution, performance monitoring, and partner enablement throughout all regions. The manager works closely with four Regional Managers, providing analytical, operational, and strategic support to accelerate business growth. This role reports directly to the Head of Enterprise Business and demands a proactive approach to managing cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Business Coordination: Consolidate and track performance metrics for assigned business solutions across all regions. Standardize reporting formats, validate data accuracy, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistency and transparency.
Product Enablement: Partner with central product and technology teams to support rollout plans, testing phases, and communication with regional managers. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials, to facilitate smooth adoption of new product features.
Performance Analytics: Develop and maintain business dashboards that provide actionable insights for management reviews. Track return on investment (ROI), activation rates, and client retention metrics to guide strategic decisions.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance departments on pricing strategies, promotional activities, and reconciliation processes. Manage relationships with partner organizations to resolve escalations and implement operational improvements.
Business Planning & Execution: Assist in launching new business initiatives and regional expansion programs. Support the design and implementation of incentive structures and reward programs aimed at motivating field staff and enhancing performance.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to JazzCash’s governance policies, risk management protocols, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records to support audits and performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is required, with a Master’s degree preferred. Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of experience in enterprise operations, fintech, or roles emphasizing reporting and analytics. Strong analytical and coordination skills are essential, along with proficiency in data analysis and dashboard creation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are necessary to navigate cross-functional teams effectively. Familiarity with digital financial services, B2B solutions, and corporate payment systems is highly desirable. The role demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools is required.
