The Enterprise Business Support Manager, based in Islamabad, is a critical role responsible for driving the success of multiple business verticals such as Payment Gateway, In-App Collections, Disbursements, Payroll Digitization, Corporate QR Enablement, and Mini App Channel Expansion. This position acts as the central coordination point to ensure consistent execution, performance monitoring, and partner enablement across all regions. Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Business, the manager works closely with four Regional Managers to provide analytical, operational, and strategic support that accelerates business growth and enhances overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

Business Coordination: Consolidate and monitor performance metrics across all regions for assigned business solutions and verticals. Standardize reporting formats, validate data, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain consistency and accuracy in reporting.

Product Enablement: Collaborate with central product and technology teams to support rollout plans, testing phases, and communication with regional managers. Maintain updated documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials to ensure smooth adoption of new product features.

Performance Analytics: Develop comprehensive business dashboards and generate actionable insights for management reviews. Monitor return on investment (ROI), activation rates, and client retention metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams on pricing strategies, promotional activities, and reconciliation processes. Manage relationships with partner organizations to resolve escalations and drive continuous operational improvements.

Business Planning & Execution: Assist in launching new business initiatives and regional expansion programs. Support the development of incentive structures and reward programs designed to motivate field staff and enhance productivity.

Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to JazzCash governance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks. Maintain accurate records to facilitate audits and performance evaluations, ensuring compliance across all operations.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree preferred. Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of experience in enterprise operations, fintech, or roles focused on reporting and analytics. Strong analytical and coordination skills are essential, along with proficiency in data analysis and dashboard creation. Excellent communication abilities and experience in stakeholder management are critical for success. Knowledge of digital financial services, B2B solutions, and corporate payment systems is highly desirable. The role demands a highly organized individual capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools is required.
