The Enterprise Business Support Manager based in Islamabad is a key contributor to the growth and success of several business verticals, including Payment Gateway, In-App Collections, Disbursements, Payroll Digitization, Corporate QR Enablement, and Mini App Channel Expansion. This role serves as the central coordinator, ensuring seamless execution, performance tracking, and partner enablement across multiple regions. Working closely with four Regional Managers, the manager provides analytical, operational, and strategic support to drive business expansion. Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Business, this position requires a proactive and collaborative approach to managing cross-functional initiatives while aligning with the company’s overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Coordination: Consolidate and monitor performance metrics across all regions for assigned business verticals. Standardize reporting formats, validate data accuracy, and maintain consistent tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Product Enablement: Partner with central product and technology teams to support product rollout plans, conduct thorough testing, and facilitate clear communication with regional managers. Keep documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials current for new product features.
Performance Analytics: Create comprehensive business dashboards and deliver actionable insights for management review. Track critical indicators such as return on investment (ROI), activation rates, and client retention to inform strategic decisions.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams on pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and reconciliation processes. Manage relationships with partner organizations to resolve escalations and enhance operational efficiency.
Business Planning & Execution: Support the launch of new business initiatives and regional expansion efforts. Assist in developing incentive and reward programs designed to motivate field staff and improve performance.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with JazzCash’s governance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks. Maintain accurate records to support audits and performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Data Analytics is required, with a Master’s degree preferred. Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in enterprise operations, fintech, or reporting and analytics roles. Strong analytical and coordination skills are essential, along with proficiency in data analysis and dashboard development. Excellent communication skills and experience managing diverse stakeholders are necessary. Familiarity with digital financial services, B2B solutions, and corporate payment systems is highly desirable. The role demands excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools is required.
