Envolve Global (Pvt. Ltd.). is looking for a "Retail Development Manager" for its Retail Convenience Store and Café in Lahore.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for business development, introducing innovative marketing & sales strategies and executing them to boost the sale of our strategically located Café cum convenience store. The main target would be to increase the scope of the current project and expand into more cafes and stores in this sector.
It requires a hands-on approach to meet daily targets while ensuring quantifiable results. As BD Manager, the suitable candidate will also be responsible for staff management, customer service and key account prospects and developing a strategy focused on quality services and financial gain. The ideal candidate:
1. Must be a graduate from a reputable institution.
2. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
2. Proven sales track record
3. Experience in customer support is a plus
4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
6. Proficiency in English.
7. Market knowledge
8. Communication and negotiation skills
9. Time management and planning skills
10. Ability to build rapport
