The Outbound Sales Manager is responsible for the successful execution of focused strategies to meet revenue and market share objectives.
- This role will will primarily focus on the small to mid market businesses in Australia.
- Working hours are 4:00am to 12:00pm Pakistan Standard Time.
- This role will incorporate outbound calling into your assigned territory and includes acquiring new business and retaining existing revenue.
- Our product is very successful with huge demand in the market.
Your performance will be measured on following matrices:
- Achievement of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Revenue targets
- Evidence of increased sales of the assigned Products and Services
- Increased referrals and business opportunities from existing customers
- Movement of opportunities through the sales funnel at pre-agreed rates
- CRM activity
You have to meet at least 1 condition below to be selected for this role:
- Prior Experience of working in top 5 Pakistani call centres
- You have lived in an English Speaking Country
- You have native English Accent
