Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging and creative social media marketing strategies
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using Facebook, and other social media insights.
  • Set a target to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
  • Manage ad campaign expenses, budgets, and monthly costs.
  • Coordinating with clients for all technical matters, including accessing particular ad accounts or solving technical issues.
  • Achieving target sales as per strategies designed.
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience on ad creatives.
  • Running Funnel Highly Optimized Funnel Google and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
  • Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts.
  • Minimizing overall costs per lead and increasing ROI in terms of eCommerce sales.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
  • Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign
  • Develop and implement a performance marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals.
  • Identify and prioritize target audience segments, and develop campaigns and initiatives to reach and engage these groups.
  • Set up and optimize campaigns on performance marketing channels, such as paid search, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Use data and analytics to continuously optimize campaigns and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure that performance marketing efforts are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the performance marketing budget, including planning and allocating resources for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of performance marketing efforts, using metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on investment (ROI), and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies and best practices into performance marketing efforts. Qualifications
  • A bachelor'sn or master degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in performance marketing, with a track record of successfully driving customer acquisition and sales growth through paid marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools, such as Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Experience with paid search, social media advertising, and other performance marketing channels.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies, and a willingness to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with best practice
