We offer graphic design, web design, explainer videos, social media management and ebook writing services. We are looking for Bidding Expert who can get business (Graphics/ Website projects/ Explainer Videos/ E-Book projects) from freelance marketplaces such as PeoplePerHour, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, Upwork, CraigList, and from direct marketing / email marketing / Linked ads, etc.

You must have 2-3 years verifiable experience of working as a freelance project bidder / business development exec / winning projects from PeoplePerhour, Guru, Freelancer, Fiverr, Upwork, CraigList, etc. to apply for this job.
Salary, Commission, Benefits & Other Details:
18000 + 5% commission / project ($ 400 to $700 / month) yearly bonus and increament, etc.
Job timings: Six days a week, 9 hours / day, 5 hours at office and 4 hours at home
Duties & Responsibilities:
Bidding Expert & specialized in writing Proposals
Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
Lead generation that results in sales
Daily communication with clients
Maintain very high rating on PeoplePerHour/Freelancer/Guru/Fiverr etc. - This is very important for us.
Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client. Talking on phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the clients.
Maintain healthy relationship with the clients
Meet monthly quota of projects
Ability to communicate with the client in writing and verbally through Skype as well
Strong Follow-up skills and self-Motivated
Skills Required:
Strong Negotiation Skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Proactive in embracing new challenges
Must have high-energy, a passion for success, be driven to be the best and be self-motivated
Should have experience in generating sales through social media
Having prior experience of selling Graphics/CMS/ Web projects/ Explainer Videos would be preferable
Effective team player but must be able to manage particular work independently
Excellent skills in using MS Office effectively
