This is a Technical position responsible for the configuration, installation, operations, support, and security of the Company’s system resources. This position requires 3-5 years of experience in both Server operations and Network Trouble Shooting skills. Develop a methodology for the ongoing assessment of system performance and the identification of problem areas.
Required experience/skills:
- Excellent/Fluent spoken English. Mandatory.
- Large data storage solution management
- Microsoft Hyper-V Servers.
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013 & Office 365.
- Cloud services like Amazon EWS, Google Apps and Microsoft Office 365.
- Develop a security scheme for the database environment, as well as assisting in disaster recovery if necessary.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving windows domain enviroment problems.
- Proven experience in windows distributed systems. File level recovery.
- Proven experience with backups, restores, and recovery models.
- Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for Hyper-V Server.
- Windows 8.1, Windows 10 troubleshooting skills.
- Network Printers deploymenet via group policies.
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred
- Certification is highly desired but not limited to MCSE.
