Epicsoft provides software and services to our workforce management system clients in U.S. We require CSRs to make outbound/inbound calls to our candidates to complete their onboarding process. Training will be provided to committed and professional agents who have excellent communication abilities.

  • Call professionally & provide required information about our product and services
  • Candidates who have previous experience of a U.S call center will be preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills with U.S accent
  • Experience in Call Center environment is preferred
  • Basic computer skills and the internet research ability
  • Should be self-motivated, organized and goal-oriented
  • Punctuality and being on time is a must
  • Shift timing (night) as per U.S working hours
