We are looking for a talented Software Development Manager to develop the next-generation technologies. The Software Development Manager will manage several products from the inception to the phase-out stage in order to maximize business value. They will build products from existing ideas and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience
The Development Manager will:
- Participate in product and feature design with software developers
- Approve the road-map and content and determine how to innovate.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
- Assign areas of ownership, ensure engineers have clear priorities and resources to accomplish objectives.
- Daily management of objectives, priorities, risk and performance management of all reporting staff.
- Participate in architecture discussions and planning.
- Communicate status, risks and mitigations accomplish on-time delivery of projects.
- Deep hands-on technical expertise, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
