POSITION SUMMARY:

The purpose of this position is to ensure the creation and maintenance of accurate and timely submission of all of the MIS Reports on a day to day basis, along with timely improvement and efficiency in the processes so that uniform information is available across the company.

·       Handling of all the KPI related reports for Operations, Support and Managerial domains.

·       Develop MIS process improvements for increased efficiency.

·       Maintaining all the Clients reports including timely and accurate submission of Billing Reports.

·       Coordination with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems/issues.

·       Provide Analytical and Technical Support to all the Cross Functional Teams.

·       Timely review on the efficiency of the report and sharing of ideas within MIS team for the improvements on the report.

·       Managing data security & privacy for the confidential data.

·       Reporting of any bugs and incorrect data to the Reporting Manager.

·       Creation and generation of all the reports in timely and accurate manner.

·       Improvements in Scorecard Processing to minimize the time and maximize the efficiency.

·       AdHoc Reports for the Management and other Stakeholders.

Qualifications/ Experience/ Capabilities

·       Minimum level of Education for this job: BS (CS)/ BBA/ BS (Statistics)

·       Desired level of Education for this job: BS (CS)/ MBA/ MS (Statistics)

·       Minimum Experience required for this job: 3 - 4 years

·       Desired Experience required for this job: At least 4 years
