POSITION SUMMARY:
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for maintaining pool of potential candidates and assisting the hiring process and providing and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESULTS:
- Develop and maintain pool of candidates using different recruitment channel
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews and schedule the suitable candidates.
- Meet walk in candidates assess their resumes and conduct first round of interviews
- Schedule interviews, by ensuring that enough pool is available for next batch
- Providing assistance to recruitment specialist in other recruitment activities such as Job Fairs recruitment drives
- Ensuring recruitment dashboard is timely updated
- Providing assistance to HR ops team when required
Ensuring timely collection of documents from all new hires
