EPP Venture is seeking a dedicated MRO and General Consumable Sourcing Specialist responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies and indirect materials. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable supply, competitive pricing, and high service standards. They will oversee sourcing activities, negotiate supplier agreements, evaluate vendor performance, and administer contracts in accordance with company policies and procurement procedures.

 

Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a professional environment.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for MRO, indirect materials, and general consumables, adhering strictly to company purchasing procedures and timelines.

  • Independently prioritize workload, coordinate multiple procurement activities, and meet established deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrate resilience and initiative in resolving supplier challenges, negotiating terms, and addressing procurement issues effectively.

  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently in English, both in writing and verbally, when interacting with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite and email systems proficiently to maintain procurement documentation, generate reports, track purchasing activities, and support daily functions.

  • Uphold a professional, positive, and self-motivated work ethic while delivering high-quality procurement support and fostering strong business partnerships.
