EAI is preparing for the USAID/Pakistan Communications and Outreach Mechanism, a five-year, $20 million project which aims to catalyze strategic communication objectives by engaging with USAID/Pakistan staff, implementing partners, and stakeholders from the government, private sector, and civil society, to improve perceptions about USAID/Pakistan and the USG on behalf of the Pakistani people. COM aims to increase knowledge and awareness of USAID/Pakistan civilian assistance programming through a combination of traditional and digital mass media and engagement of individuals, communities, and stakeholders through a series of exchanges. This project is anticipated to be awarded by June 2019.
The Strategy and Research Specialist will strategically plan mass media and outreach campaigns. Using market research, the incumbent will study the marketplace and make recommendations for how to best reach the target audiences. The incumbent will analyze the target audience insights, crafting plans with the creative team and developing guidelines to promote USAID's work across various channels.
