Senior Business Analyst

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst for our Lahore consulting team. This client-facing role will involve working with financial institutions to understand business needs, translate regulatory and operational requirements, and support implementing technical solutions.

You will contribute across business analysis, configuration, and solution design while supporting digital transformation and risk management modernization in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate the client’s requirements discovery and scoping sessions
Translate business, regulatory, and technical requirements into actionable deliverables
Ensure alignment of project outcomes with client objectives and industry best practices
Support system configuration, testing, and deployment
Provide ongoing functional and technical consulting throughout the project lifecycle
Advocate for user experience and maintain usability standards

Skills & Attributes:

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Excellent documentation and communication abilities
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks
Working knowledge of SQL (required)
Experience working with international clients
Must possess a valid passport & be willing to travel internationally on short to mid-term assignments.
