- Recording of purchase on ERP Next
- Perform and ensure timely closing in ERP Next
- Maintain product cost in ERP Next - BOM
- Purchase movement report on excel - Compute monthly raw material consumption on FIFO in Excel
- Preparing store & spares movement report on monthly basis - Consumables
- Ensure all production Data compilation of Labour & Material
- Calculate monthly provision of all expenses
- Recording of expenses cost center wise – Admin, Factory, Accounts, HR &others
- Keeping record of all critical expenses – Utilities & Consumables
- Product wise costing report
- Recording of expenses on month-to-month basis
- Preparing monthly quantity schedule
- Variances Report
- Preparing Sales invoices
- Filling and retention of Documents
- Follow-up for Outstanding balances.
