We are looking for services of a "Assistant Manager - Administration"

Major Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • EOBI which include pensions
  • PESSI( medical facility)
  • labor department ( labor laws)
  • Other related Govt. department handling, includes coordination and preparation of necessary documents required for monthly payments to these departments.
  • Handling Sui Northern Gas ( including bills)
  • Legal matters handling of court and excise taxation
  • LESCO all matters including bills
  • Administer employee benefit programs, answer employee questions.
  • Suggest / propose the ways of improving existing procedures of Admin & HR department.
  • Any other Assignment(s) management may give time to time.
  • Main competencies required in Assistant Manager Administration
  • Command over the specialized field.
  • Experience of working in team at a professional level
  • Computer Literacy.
  • Command over Microsoft Excel, Word and Power-point.
  • Experience of working with Internal software in companies
  • General Communication skills.
  • Are they good listeners?
  • Speaking ability
  • Email writing skills.
  • Social Relation development skills. 

Note Salary will be depending upon your experience and expertise.
