AM Dyeing,
Criteria:
- Candidate should be an Engineer or diploma holder of any reputable institute
- Out of city candidate would be preferred
- Candidate having experience 0~4 years can apply
- Experience in Acrylic dyeing or basic dyeing would be preferred
- Salary: 55K (Negotiable ) + Other Benefits
Employment period.
Three month probation period during which the candidate will go through a training program based on a rotation plan across different departments in the company. He will be given training and assessed by each department head. After the rotation plan based on his performance, he will be confirmed on job.
Key Deliverables / Responsibilities:
- Dyeing production plan and ordering of yarn/fabric, fiber for dyeing at various dyeing sources as per orders.
- Arranging dyes & chemicals in coordination with procurement department for dyeing of yarns, woven knitted fabrics.
- Developing new shades as per customer’s requirement.
- Checking the strength of yarn before and after dyeing as per given standards.
- Sending fabrics for testing to labs.
- Sending fabric swatches to customers/parties for shade approval.
- After approval of samples, sending production plans to the concerned department for production.
- Providing finishing dyes and chemical recipe with proper instructions.
- Providing dyed yarn as per request from knitting & weaving department.
- Taking feedback from vendors from yarn delivery to finishing of the fabric.
- Handling customer’s complaints / objections in case of any nonconformity.
- Liaison and develop good business relations with dyeing finishing factories and other required vendors.
- Giving plan to store department for dyes and yarn delivery to vendors.
- Making monthly production report of yarn dyeing of vendors and submit it to GM.
- Executing the production plan given by the top management.
- Suggest/propose the ways of improving existing procedures and QMS of the dyeing department.
- Any other assignment(s) given by the top management time
