Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Assurance

Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance standards to ensure defect-free production.
Monitor fabric quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain a proactive approach to quality management to reduce waste and optimize efficiency.

Process Optimization & Production Support

Work closely with production teams to ensure quality parameters are met without affecting productivity.
Implement best practices for process improvement and waste reduction.
Ensure compliance with international quality standards and buyer requirements.

Technical Expertise & Product Development

Utilize expertise in Acero Yarn and other textile materials to improve product quality.
Collaborate with R&D teams to enhance fabric properties and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in the knitting process.

Supplier & Customer Liaison

Work with raw material suppliers to ensure the highest standards of yarn and other inputs.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to meet their quality expectations.
Handle customer complaints related to quality and implement corrective measures.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to ISO, OEKO-TEX, and other relevant textile quality certifications.
Maintain records and reports on quality performance, inspections, and audits.
Train and guide quality control teams to uphold production excellence.
