Major Responsibilities for Labor Officer:
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure that all documentation related to EOBI is timely and well maintained
- Ensure that all documentation related to PESSI is timely and well maintained
- Ensure that all documentation related to Labor department is timely and well maintained
- Maintain all record related to Payroll handling including but not limited to attendance, over
- time, etc.
- Make proper monthly salary and overtime sheets timely.
- Criteria for labor officer.
- Have an experience of at-least 3/5 years working as a Labor officer in a wel known
- production unit with 200 or more work force
- Have had experience of making and maintaining files related to time office
- Have had experience of making and maintaining files and documentation for
- EOBI, PESSI and Labor department
- Have had experience of dealing with EOBI, PESSI and Labor department
- Resident of Sialkot, Lahore, Gujranwala, Muridke, Sheikhupura will be preferred
- Minimum education; Graduate from a HEC recognized university
- 2 references from Industry are required
- Age 35 to 45
- o Computer Literacy.
- Command over Microsoft Excel, Word and Power-point, In-page
- General Communication skills.
- Are they good listeners?
- Speaking ability
- Email writing skills.
- Social Relation development skills.
