This position ensures efficient daily operation of banking, including quality product sales, customer service, collection of outstanding portfolio, security and safety in accordance with the EIBL objectives. The main activities of Branch Manager is to mobilize a quality portfolio of Micro Finance for the branch with the target specified by the Head Office. Apart from building a micro portfolio cross selling of other related products of the bank is also of prime importance.
KEY DUTIES & PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Achievement of monthly assigned Branch-target.
- Ensure complete collection of monthly installments of branch portfolio.
- Perform verification of the customers marketed by Micro credit officers.
- Completion and recommendation of Micro finance files on daily basis and removal of all the discrepancies.
- Maintains a superior customer service and promotes a sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. Develop staff regarding service expectations, policies, products, systems and banking procedures.
- Conduct regular team meetings focused on sales, service and product training.
- Ensure audit controls are followed to protect the bank from unnecessary risk and exposure. Ensure compliance to internal policies and procedures of the bank.
- Ensure adherence to KYC and AML guidelines while initiating and reviewing customer relationships.
