POSITION SUMMARY:
This position ensures building of a clean portfolio by fulfilling all the policies and regulatory framework of EIBL and is responsible for the growth of microfinance business. Must be efficient in following up strategies with potential and existing customers for robust marketing in accordance with the EIBL objectives. Mobilize a quality portfolio of Micro Finance for the branch with the target specified time and again by the head office.
KEY DUTIES & PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure completion of assigned targets along with the collection of monthly installments of assigned/own portfolio.
- Regularly follow up on monthly installments of the assigned/own portfolio.
- Works under the guidance & supervision of RM and BM.
- Directly responsible for development of business and monthly assigned sales targets with specific goals set by BM.
- Building a sound relationship with existing customers to make them repeat customers.
- Assist / help RM/BM in preparing reports of all customers who can be matured, rejected and who are delaying their monthly payments.
- Responsible for the growth of microfinance business for EIBL in the target market and region.
- Dedicated for the growth of EIBL to increase the visibility as a brand and initiate quality loans to build a clean portfolio.
