- Supervise the day to day functions of the Bank including close monitoring of the activities of sales staff in micro branches and making a strategy for completion of monthly targets.
- Responsible for deposit mobilization and NTB’s.
- Must has ample experience to get term deposits.
- Achieve agreed sales target of micro finance, deposits & cross sell as assigned by the Management.
- Provide highest level of customer service.
- Create a Liaison with existing and prospective clients to provide banking advice on Escorts Bank products and services in line with the Borrowing, Saving and other needs.
- Strict adherence to KYC/ AML Guidelines, NBFC Rules & procedures and all Manuals.
- Complete adherence to Sales Process.
- Sound Knowledge of EIBL’s products and services and should be well versed with the micro financing, Credit and Certificate of Deposit Manual.
