Job Descriptions:
- Help IT staff in implementing of information security policies and procedures.
- Assurance of confidentiality, integrity and availability of electronic information as per standards defined by HIPAA security and privacy rules.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to on premises and remote users through different media channels.
- Review, document, and analyze defensive security tactics and procedures.
- Help immediate supervisor to prepare and present technical reports and briefings.
- Analyze daily network traffic and identify anomalies.
- Ensure daily basis network connectivity, maintenance and troubleshooting of network.
- System support, installation and troubleshooting of different operating systems and softwares.
- Server Backups and restoration procedures.
