- Managing daily cash balances.
- Making sure that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.
- Coordinating with other senior members to make budgets and track profit/loss.
- Must be able to handle Accounting and reporting of financial transactions.
- Handling of product accounting, fixed assets, inventory reporting, handling of banking transactions, receivables and payables management and taxation.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide insight on future business needs.
- Handle the sale reports in excel.
- Arranging financial audits and reviews as required.
- Process the expense reports.
- Review, prioritize and work in a way that all important communications receive a prompt response.
- Assist with the development and integration of financial processes and controls.
- Assist in the yearly budget analysis and provides variance analysis if necessary.
- Ensure that the finance processes are as efficient as possible while looking to make improvements where possible.
