Business Analyst

Business analyst will be tasked with analyzing key metrics about our business and its performance which will be used to generate insights and reports for our business functions like marketing, products and overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect data from multiple sources, filter through the data, analyses the results, and consolidate into a brief report/presentation with recommended action items.
Monitoring and analyzing e-commerce metrics and figures.
Transforming e-commerce data into operational insights.
Initiate new product ideas based on overall strategic goals.
Identifying key areas for improvements, such as audience, acquisition, behavior, and conversions.
Researching competitors, alternative markets, and opportunities in the e-commerce space.
Brainstorming ideas to enhance and transform the company's business approach.
Developing a solution in conjunction with marketing personnel.
Reporting and acting on changes and market trends.
Advising various business stakeholders on business related matters.
Conduct Data Visualization that includes, conceptualization, creation & maintenance.

Experience:

Minimum 02 Years of Experience as business analyst.
E-commerce experience shall be preferable but not required.

Education:

Bachelors.

Skills:

Expert in Advance Excel.
Hand-on experience in data visualization software like Power-BI or Tableau.
Must be able to work independently.
