  • Responding to the Emails regarding products and services.
  • Replying to customer's emails for queries and complaints received.
  • Convincing the customers while portraying the positive image of the company. 
  • Resolving the disputes (Payment, Negative feedback) of customers by convincing them.
  • Follow-up & coordinate with different departments.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent English writing skills.
  • Communication etiquette.
  • Basic Ms-Excel.

We pay fixed salaries per month plus perks, NO Sales target given.
