Key Responsibilities:
- Handling the customer's email for websites.
- Responding to Emails regarding products and services.
- Replying to customer's emails for queries and complaints received.
- Convincing the customers while portraying the positive image of the company.
- Resolving the disputes (Payment, Negative feedback) of customers by convincing them.
- Follow-up & coordinate with different departments
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1+ year of relevant experience.
Skills Required:
- Strong written communication & Problem-solving skills.
- Email Etiquette.
- E-commerce customer service experience prefered but not required.
- Knowledge of A-z claim, chargeback, return policy, Amazon team correspondence
