Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Manage customer account information, including updates and changes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Meet or exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
