About The Role
The Manager Supply Chain will be in charge of providing inspired leadership to the operations of our business, which involves formulating new strategies, improving performance, and implementing operational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, and in efficient way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and practices.
• Planning inventory & production, supervising materials purchasing.
• Overseeing warehouse efficiency and order dispatch.
• Build relationships and partnerships with vendors and suppliers.
• Priorities and delegate workloads among team members.
• Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualification & Skills:
• 04-05 years of experience in any apparel/clothing Brand. The ecommerce experience will be an added advantage.
•Analytical & forecasting skills.
• Excellent in number crunching.
• Communication & Negotiations Skills.
• Supply Chain Certification is highly preferable.
