Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Work with senior sales and marketing team to assist in making of proposals, presentations, quotations, EOIs and RFPs
- Assist in prospecting and setting customer appointments through direct mail, email and telemarketing activities (if you have done CSR work before, that will be an added edge)
- Assist sales teams with emailing and marketing campaigns
- Conduct of marketing research and data collection through primary and secondary researches
- Biddings on international forums like upwork.
- Brochure and services and products flyer making. Content writing will be the part of the assignment
- Newsletter and press release making
- maintenance of company websites and updating them on regular basis
- Performing customer relationship management activities . Contact current and past ESOLPK customers to update them on our services and solutions.
- Handling of our social media marketing forums such as facebook, linkedinn and twitter
- E-marketing activities such as SEO, SEM and Content marketing.
- Work with sales manager to track sales data and trends
- Work on various industry verticals like Non profits, education, healthcare etc and run marketing campaigns
- You should have excellent written and spoken English skills having smart groomed personality to become part of our team
- Excellent performance in trainee-ship program may lead to a full time position at the end of 6 months Trainee ship program.
- Business Development/Marketing Trainee period will be of 6 months only after which strict performance evaluation will be conducted for consideration on full time BDO positions. To be eligible for Trainee position, candidate must have experience of at least 3-6 months of internships or on jobs trainings. BDT will be given PKR 10,000/m salary for 6 months. He/she will be upgraded to BD/MO position after 6 months of service.
- Must have completed BBA/MBA-Marketing/BBA-IT/MBA-IT degree. All other degree holders including BCS/MCS/B-Com will only be considered if they have prior marketing/sales experience during prior internships. We will not consider candidates under going study and are only looking for passed out applicants. Under going study applicants may be considered for un-paid internship only.
- You should be a resident of Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Outstation candidates will not be considered. Islamabad based candidates will be preferred.
- Male candidates must have their own conveyance like bike or car. Official traveling fuel etc will be borne by the company.
- Females are encouraged to apply for in-house marketing and business development work only. They should be open for field work like presentations etc.
- 1 year Stay On Job Bond needs to be signed by the selected candidates.
- Work days Mon - Fri 9AM-6PM with alternate Saturdays working means 2 Saturdays in a month will be working and 2 will be OFF. You must be able to cover 45 hour/week. In case of deadlines, you should be able to work from home during evenings and during the weekends.
