Interns/ Trainees will be adjusted in various Group departments and divisions such as
- Information Technology, Website & Software Development
- Marketing, Business Development & Sales
- HR, Admin & Finance
- QA & Project Management
- Graphic UI Web Design
- SEO & Social Media
We will provide you On-Job trainings as well as chance to work on live technical projects and marketing and sales campaigns for various IT services and products.
Following terms and conditions will be applied to be eligible for this program:
- Contract duration will be of 6 months. Job title for initial 3 months is Intern and for next 3 months will be Management Trainee in a respective department. You may have the option to leave the organization only after 6 months completion. We require a written commitment from the selected candidate to "stay on job".
- A fixed monthly stipend of PKR 5,000 for 1st 3 months and PKR 10,000 for next 3 months will be paid inclusive of everything during this time period. This is non negotiable so please only apply if you agree on this.
- After completion of 6 months of employment contract, Min of 50 or Max of 100% salary increase will be given to the Management Trainee for next 1 year and a full time job and designation will be offered depending upon the performance evaluation conducted at the end of 6 months of service. Onwards you will be on our annual increment plan.
- Islamabad based applicants will be preferred in the selection. Our office location is in Blue Area, Islamabad so more closer you are to this area, better it is to commute. Metro station is also in walking reach.
- While applying, please mention the interest areas in departments above. Please apply only if you have passed out from university.
- We only consider applicants from HEC recognized universities like NUST, Bahria, MAJU, SZABIST,IIUI, CIIT, FAST etc.
- Candidates having own conveyance like bike or car will have an added edge. Candidates going out for meetings will be given fuel.
