Our company needs an HR Manager to lead our HR team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in recruitment or HR position. You will be responsible for recruitment, employee appraisals, wages, learning and development, and overall performance. Knowledge of legal matters is preferred.

5. Train, mentor, and counsel staff members.
6. Maintain a smooth workflow and make the onboarding process as smooth as possible.
7. Determine salary and wages and review them periodically.
8. Develop HR strategies and HR systems, and recruitment procedures at all levels.
9. Make training material accessible to staff members.
10. Make a transparent salary structure and performance appraisal system.
11. Maintain employee records and develop employee benefits programs involving compensation, insurance, expenses, vacation, and personal programs.'
12. Develop and maintain a pool of candidates using different recruitment channels.
13. The individual should be able to understand the JD and find the right fit for that specific position by using alternate recruitment channels.
14. Ensuring timely collection of documents from all new hires.
