This is a remote or work-from-home (WFH) contract position.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes ensuring they are in accordance with company policies and standards.
- Assist in monitoring and handling contractor relations issues including resolution and follow-up.
- Respond to questions and concerns from contractors and management regarding HR policies.
- Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all HR-related records
- Involvement in payroll.

- Proven working experience as an HR executive
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Knowledge of HR systems
- Strategy and leadership skills
- Excellent soft skills
- Understanding of contract laws and adherence to ethical and cultural standards
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
