Requirements:
1) Strong commercial and analytical sense, sharp problem solver and ability to get things done.
2) Enterprising person with minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in an FMCG environment (Preferred) or should have worked in fast growing start-ups and dynamic teams in large organizations, ideally with a technology/financial services/consulting background.
3) Should have hands-on experience with data management/data analytics/performance management.
4) Capacity to understand all sales functional areas i.e. Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD), Customer relationship and Distribution handling.
5) Strong Interpersonal, Communication & Presentation Skills, with sound understanding of Retailer Operations.
