We are looking for full time web designers who have the guts to create quality web and mobile applications designs.
The individual should have strong grip on design tools but the most important skill is the creativity with frontend development.
You will be required to design visually appealing Mobile/Website Mock ups, Brand Logos and other design stuff. You must be able to work independently and Design aesthetic sense is a must.
Responsive templates conversion using bootstrap frameworks (compatible to mobiles, tablets and desktop devices) is must.
Must have understanding to the capabilities and limitations of modern GUI technologies.
Must be creative and able to deliver unique design concepts within challenging deadlines
Our ideal candidate:
Strong experience with fundamental user-centered, usability, and interaction design principles
Be an expert in the tools you use and ability to build quick html prototypes (wireframing, etc.)
Experience designing across multiple channel (desktop, mobile and web)
Good command over Adoble Creative Suite.(Photoshop + Illustrator +CorelDraw,Dreamweaver), HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, Jquery.
Strong feeling for workflows and user interaction
Proven UX design skills with a strong portfolio
Ability to solve difficult UX issues to produce high-quality visuals right from concept to execution
An understanding of how design relates to real human needs
Ability also to support marketing with graphics design for web and print when the needed
Drive to deliver within strict time and quality constraints
