Eswap Technologies (Private) Limited seeks a skilled Battery Maintenance Manager with expertise in battery diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field and has over three years of experience in electrical equipment maintenance management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily fault detection, disassembly, maintenance, debugging, aging testing, and after-sales maintenance of various energy storage batteries and power batteries; timely inspect and eliminate potential safety hazards to ensure stable operation of all battery/cabinet equipment.
- Complete detailed maintenance records for all battery/cabinet repair work, including fault description, maintenance solutions, parts replacement, and post-maintenance operation status; regularly summarize maintenance data and report work progress and equipment operation conditions in a timely manner.
- Cooperate with the maintenance team in regular inspection and joint maintenance of battery/cabinet supporting equipment; strictly comply with the company’s safety production management regulations and standardize the use of maintenance tools and testing equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Follow daily work arrangements from the department, and assist in battery/cabinet technical optimization, as well as inventory and management of battery/cabinet spare parts.
