Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire talent.
2. Responsible for analyzing the relevant human resources market, effectively managing and optimizing recruitment channels, and providing reasonable suggestions for the company's talent strategy;
3. Proactively address and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
4. Integration of employee relations, organizational development, and training work.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s and above degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment law, compensation, organizational development, employee relations, and recruitment.
4. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful HR programs and initiatives.
