Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire talent.

2. Responsible for analyzing the relevant human resources market, effectively managing and optimizing recruitment channels, and providing reasonable suggestions for the company's talent strategy;

3. Proactively address and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.

4. Administer and manage the company’s compensation structure and benefits programs.

5. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and federal employment laws.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s and above degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

2. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager or similar generalist role.

3. Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment law, compensation, organizational development, employee relations, and recruitment.

4. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful HR programs and initiatives.
