Management of eTek Studio has been involved with call center industry since 2005. During last few years, call center operations were put on hold and the focus was shifted on web division. Now we have decided to resume the call center operations. Therefore we are out on hunt to build our call center team to serve North America.
The 1st project we are starting with, is debt collection. We require couple of experienced debt collectors who have strong understanding of FDCPA, HIPAA and GLBA. Since the collections will be done on diverse range of accounts, so experienced collectors must adopt the tone according to type of account. We also require few fresh interns who will be trained on collections and will eventually get employment.
Candidate must have excellent English and little to no accent. If you are short tampered or can't handle harsh/tough customers politely, please don't bother applying. It's a base salary + handsome commission based job.
