We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to create sales opportunities
- Present product and service features and benefits clearly and persuasively
- Follow a predefined script while addressing customer questions and overcoming objections
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update the customer database regularly
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets consistently
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Good listening skills to understand customer requirements and respond effectively
- Basic computer skills for managing call logs and databases
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience in tele-sales or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000, with additional performance-based incentives
