We are looking for a passionate team member from overseas to join our company based in Brisbane, Australia. This is a fast-paced role and the candidate will be required to working from home during Australian office hours. Communication will be maintained through live chat and Skype video call at all times. You will be committed to delivering exceptional support to our customers across Australia.
This role will see you working Monday to Friday, starting between 8 am from 12pm (PK time)
Some key responsibilities include:
- Responding to high volumes of customer calls and emails
- Providing product advice
- Processing quote requests
- Working across live chat during office hours - Skype video call is a must
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): customer service, time-management, support, admin, Microsoft Suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop (not compulsory)
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
