Job Requirements:

To handle general administrative tasks and perform other related duties as required.
To prepare, compile, organize, and maintain different official reports and data entry of raw data into specific formats and generation of reports.
Taking bookings, following up the bookings, dealing with clients and receiving / making calls.
Arrange meetings and coordinates with office staff, monitor support staff and schedule their activities.
Assist in recruiting, training and orientation process of new staff.
Taking notes / minutes during meetings.
Responsible for day-to-day management of the petty cash account and internal reporting on all transactions.
Maintain the inventory, general filing system and staff attendance record, maintain an up-to-date inventory of office supplies and monitor the use of supplies and equipment.
Flexible and willing to learn and get hands-on experience.
Prepare PowerPoint Presentations.
Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
Undergraduates from the disciplines of Business Administration, Social Media Marketing & Graphic Designing are highly encouraged to apply.
