Job Description (but not limited to) - Remote technical troubleshooting. - Support tickets handling. - Provide support to customers in UK. - Handle customer’s queries and provide them necessary guidance and help via call / emails / Perform installations or help / train customer on software. - Liaison with Product Development team for any issues. - Troubleshooting system and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. - Help prospects in resolving their issues. Technical Skills - Database - Knowledge of Networks including GPS & GPRS. Job Specification other must have requirements/skills - Prior experience in a support position will be a plus. - The candidate must also possess better-than-average spoken and written English communication skills. - Must have an extrovert personality. - Good Analytical and Creative thinking skills. - Good Interpersonal and Motivational skills - Knowledge of Voice over IP will be a plus.
Experience / Exposure Must have 2 year of hands-on experience on above mentioned skills. Highly Preferred: Knowledge about the Networks / Databases, GPRS, GPS and VOIP. Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
