Job Description (but not limited to)
- Remote technical troubleshooting.
- Support tickets handling.
- Provide support to customers in UK.
- Handle customer’s queries and provide them necessary guidance and help via call / emails / Perform installations or help / train customer on software.
- Liaison with Product Development team for any issues.
- Troubleshooting system and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Help prospects in resolving their issues.
