- Accountability of meeting monthly sales targets and commitment to agreed target. Primarily Sales role is focussed on customer visit and market visit.
- Prepare visit schedules prior to visit with detailed objectives and subsequent visit reports.
- Managing Small Sales Team and assign them tasks and taking their responsibility.
- Prepare weekly & monthly sales forecast and business strategy to achieve Sales Team Targets.
- Team Management and leading sales team.
- Liaison with Manager/Director to organise Marketing events and organise promotional mail shots.
- Local & international travel required for this job.
- Proactive sales by telemarketing and taking initiative to follow sales Leads, building and maintain customer database.
- Participate in product training session and specialising in selective products
- Prepare Account Mapping Sheet and Potential Assessment sheet of key accounts
- Prepare business planning sheet Area Wise.
- Dealing with Govt & Strategic Organisations for security clearance and company registrations.
- Sales oriented, Dynamic, Proactive and Customer focussed.
- A good communicator and able to conduct meetings in English.
- Strong negotiation skills, communication skills and commercially astute.
- Ability to Drive Business, take own initiative and ability to lead the team.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to take challenges and work under pressure.
