The Role

  • Define and prioritize the features and requirements for our software products, based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (including engineering, design, and marketing) to ensure that development efforts are aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the product meets the needs of our users
  • Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on the progress of the product
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development decisions
  • Support the Product Management Team to be the ‘hub of the wheel’ linking, coordinating, and collaborating with all key stakeholders – the voice of the customer, sales & marketing, product & tech development, operations, and commercial – and ensure buy-in from all groups in key product decisions – and to build the product team
  • Ensure strong agile & design sprint development approach, testing, and feedback loops

The Qualifications

  • Ideally 5+ years of Product Owner/Manager or a similar role in software development 
  • Strong technical background, ideally engineering
  • Strong customer & product research background
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. Scrum, JIRA)
  • Natural persuader – comfortable managing through relationships rather than authority
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment
  • Passionate about delighting customers
