Eventbuizz is looking for a Technical Project Manager who will lead and manage all our development teams including web developers, mobile developers, SQAs and designers.
Eventbuiz is a Cloud based SaaS application based on AWS. Eventbuizz is a system of multiple web portals, native mobile applications, and other utilities. Product web ends are mostly developed using LAMP stack and based on Laravel framework. Our Mobile Apps are native applications built using Swift and JAVA.
Skills you must have:
- A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 8-10 years of work experience in reputable Software organizations.
- 5+ years of technical Project management experience with demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes and tools.
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Show experience of managing and delivering large technical customer projects successfully and influencing stakeholders across the teams.
- Implementing Agile based methodologies to ensure quality delivery of projects within the allocated timeline
- Demonstrate a passion for excellence through sound judgement, solid decision making and contingency planning.
- Strong grip on LAMP technology stack along with AWS services management.
- Strong grip on mobile applications development tools and languages.
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work.
- Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels.
- Ability to manage project using JIRA, MS Project etc.
Responsibilities:
- Management of all development teams including Programmers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Frontend Developers and Designers.
- Team building and recruitment to ensure team stability.
- Providing R&D and technical descisions to development team and guide them.
- Providing R&D to improve development policies and procedures and enhance development life cycle.
- Requirement Gathering - Business, Function and Technical Requirements from customers.
- Defines project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with client stakeholders and business partners.
- Establishes, plans, and executes major milestone reviews and decision gates with client stakeholders to complete the project life cycle.
- Prepare thorough Documentations - Project kick off presentations, Detailed Project schedule/Plans, UAT documentations, Project Trackers etc.
- Resolves conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies.
- Responsible for complex program management tasks and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting.
- Taking complete ownership for all communication; including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team
- Building and Organizing Backlog for the Development team;
- Assigning tasks to team and ensuring implementation as per requirements.
- Coaching and mentoring the software development team
- Collaborating with all project delivery teams with one team approach
- Handle customization of the frontend, feature development.;
- Define the scope of changes, estimate efforts and communicate with stakeholders to ensure effective deliveries;
- Support our customers post-launch with enhancements, new feature requests, bug fixes, and answering questions;
- Facilitate communication between relevant teams.
